Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce such a force as required for driving a plunger in this hydraulic control valve, thereby aiming at the miniaturization of a driving coil.
SOLUTION: Two plugs 26a and 26b are inserted into a tubular body 25 being integrated with a plunger 24 free of sliding motion each from both the ends, while one end of each passage installed in these plugs is opened at each base end of the plugs, forming it into both first and second ports 41 and 42, and the other end is opened toward the sliding surface, installing a third port 43 interconnected to one side of an airspace in a cylinder part 22, and the plunger is energized toward one side of these paired plugs, while it is composed of driving against this energization by means of a coil 33. In addition, a taper is formed on an outer circumference of the plug sliding with an inner circumference of the tubular body, and a valve element in contact with this taper is installed in the tubular body, and the passage is opened at a position contacting with the sliding surface of the tubular body in a state that the valve element separated from the taper, whereby both pressure receiving areas of the plunger and the tubular body are equalized to each other.
