The hydraulic travelling vehicle includes a travelling hydraulic pump 6 driven by the engine 2 to discharge operating oil, a travelling hydraulic motor 8 connected to the travelling hydraulic pump 6 via a closed circuit 30, and adapted to be driven by the hydraulic pressure of the operating oil discharged from the travelling hydraulic pump 6, a charge pump 12 driven by the drive of the travelling hydraulic pump 6 to resupply the operating oil to the closed circuit 30, an auxiliary hydraulic pump 16 driven by the rotation of driving wheels 50, 50 to discharge the operating oil sucked from an operating oil tank, a steering mechanism 18 operated by the supply of the operating oil discharged from the auxiliary hydraulic pump 16, and a resupply oil path 20 for carrying the operating oil discharged from the steering mechanism 18 after used in the steering mechanism 18 to the closed circuit 30.
