Title:
HYDROCARBON RESIN FILM EXCELLENT IN FOG RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3795133
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydrocarbon resin film excellent in fog resistance without damaging physical properties such as transparency, strength or the like by using a compsn. prepared by compounding a specific aliphatic alcoholic fatty acid ester with a specific straight chain ethylene/α-olefin copolymer resin.
SOLUTION: This hydrocarbon resin film is composed of a compsn. prepared by compounding an aliphatic alcoholic fatty acid ester with a straight chain ethylene/α-olefin copolymer resin characterized by that density is 0.920g/cm3 or less and a ratio Q value of a wt. average mol.wt. to a number average mol.wt. is 3.5 or less. As an aliphatic alcoholic fatty acid ester, one or more kind of ester of 10-22C fatty acid and diglycerine or sorbitol is compounded in an amt. of 0.5-10% by wt. of the total compsn. When the compounding ratio is less than 0.5wt.%, the obtained film is poor in fog-resistant effect and, when the compounding amt. exceeds 10wt.%, the bleed-out to the surface of the film becomes excessive to generate such a problem that stickiness is generated and transparency is deteriorated.
