PURPOSE: To provide a new oligopeptide derivative of hypoxanthine having immunoregulation activity, bringing immunoregulatory effect to immune suppression disease patient, and that can be formulated as the medicine composition orally or non-orally administrable.
CONSTITUTION: The racemic or chiral modification compound or its salt expressed with the formula is produced by allowing the oligopeptide which has synthesized by a peptide synthesis method, etc., dissolved into NaHCO3 aqueous solution to react with 9-[5-(chlorocarbonyl oxy)pentyl]hypoxanthine hydrochloride while adding in lots and stirring at room temperature for 12 hours, and then concentrating and drying it under vacuum, and refining the residue by silica gel chromatography. In the formula, (n) is 2 to 6 integer; A is each residue in dipeptide of G1y-Asp, A1a-G1y, etc., tripeptide of Arg-Lys-Asp, etc., tetrapeptide of Arg-Lys-Asp-Va1, etc., pentapeptide of Arg-Lys-AsP-Val-Tyr, etc.
