PURPOSE: To reduce a gain loss due to dispersion in hfe of a transistor(TR) by providing an emitter follower TR on a pre-stage of a 1st TR.

CONSTITUTION: The circuit is provided with an emitter follower TR circuit for reducing an AC gain and an emitter follower TR circuit as a level shift means cancelling a level shift due to the emitter follower TR by a base-emitter forward voltage. Bases of a 1st TR Q1 and a 3rd TR Q3 are connected to an emitter of an emitter follower TR Q7. Most of an input current iIN flows to a collector of the 1st TR Q1 as a current (i) the reason why the emitter follower TR Q7 is provided, and a current shared from the input current iIN for base currents of the 1st TRQ1 and the 3rd TRQ3 is decreased to 1/hfe with respect to a conventional circuit.
