Abstract:
To provide an ice maker that can be enlarged by preventing torsion of a blade.SOLUTION: An ice maker 10 according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical vertical type drum 11 having an outer peripheral surface cooled by a refrigerant; an upper rotating shaft 12 arranged on a central axis of an upper surface part 11b of the vertical type drum 11; a lower rotating shaft 13 arranged on a central axis of a lower surface part 11c of the vertical type drum 11; liquid fall-down means 14 fitted to the upper rotating shaft 12, and for causing liquid to fall down on the outer peripheral surface of the vertical type drum 11; an upper arm 15 having a base end part fitted to the upper rotating shaft 12, and extending in a radial direction of the vertical type drum 11; a lower arm 16 having a base end part fitted to the lower rotating shaft 13, and extending in the radial direction of the vertical type drum 11; and a blade 19 having longitudinal end parts supported by respective tip parts of the upper arm 15 and the lower arm 16, and for peeling an ice film sticking to the outer peripheral surface of the vertical type drum 11. The upper rotating shaft 12 and the lower rotating shaft 13 are each connected to a driving device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
