Abstract:

To preferentially present an image high in necessity to a user by quantifying the necessity how many images the user requires by every image.

This image retrieval method has a menu input means 4 capable of performing retrieval request input at multi-steps for a keyword attached to the image, a retrieval means 3 for calculating the necessity of the user to the image at least using the retrieval request input inputted in the menu input means and its number and an image presentation means 5 for presenting the image according to the necessity calculated by the retrieval means and the image required by the user is preferentially presented.
