Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of preventing effectively reset noises.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus has a unit pixel cell 110A that includes: a photoelectric conversion part 1 (photodetector) for converting incident light into electricity; a signal detection circuit 50A (read circuit) for detecting a signal from the photoelectric conversion part. The signal detection circuit 50A includes: a first transistor for amplifying the signal from the photoelectric conversion part; a second transistor that selectively outputs the output from the first transistor to the outside; and a feedback circuit 30 for negative feedback of the signal from the photoelectric conversion part via the first transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
