Abstract:

To provide a Staphylococcal bacterial immunogenic composition, a vaccine and processes for preparation thereof.

The immunogenic composition includes a mixture of a Staphylococcal bacterial antigen combined with an antigen having various functions, for example, a Staphylococcal bacterial extracellular component binding protein and a Staphylococcal bacterial transporter protein, or a virulence modulator of the Staphylococcal bacterial extracellular component binding protein and the Staphylococcal bacterium or a toxin, or a combination of the Staphylococcal bacterial transporter protein and the virulence modulator of the Staphylococcal bacterium or the toxin. The vaccine, a therapeutic procedure, an application of the Staphylococcal bacterial vaccine and a process for the preparation thereof are also provided.
