Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To line up and individually carry vacuum packaged bodies by returning a line independent carrying part to the original position so as to carry the following packaged body intermittently supplied by a carrying-in conveyor onto the line independent carrying part.
SOLUTION: When a vacuum packaged body PS is transferred from an intermittently driven carrying-in conveyor 1 to the line independent carrying part 3 of an individual feeder 2 situated opposite to the terminal part thereof, all line independent carrying conveyors 4, 5, 6 constituting the line independent carrying part 3 are also driven. When one shot (3 lines × 2) of vacuum packaged bodies PS is carried to the line independent carrying conveyors 4, 5, 6, only the line independent carrying first conveyor 4 is driven, and the drive of the others is stopped. The drive of the line independent carrying first conveyor 4 is stopped when the discharge is ended, and the line independent carrying part 3 is transversely moved. When all the vacuum packaged bodies PS on the line independent carrying part 3 are discharged onto a carrying-out conveyor 9, a direct acting unit is driven to move the line independent carrying part 3 in the transverse opposite direction, so that the line independent carrying part 3 is returned to the original position.
