To provide an induction heating cooking pan that comprises a pan of aluminum alloy and a heating plate having magnetism casted in the outside thereof which are firmly bound to each other, that good in heat conductivity and that is readily feasible to produce.
This pan is made of a clad plate (heating plate) of an aluminum plate 3a with a metal plate having magnetism 3b and a concavity 4 having a projection 7 on the side thereof is formed on the surface of the top surface of the aluminum plate 3a. When this heating plate is casted in the outside of the main body of the pan, the molten aluminum alloy penetrates into the concavity 4 on the casting, therefore, the main body of the pan 1 and the heating plate are firmly bound by the projection 7 playing the role of a stopping pin.
