Abstract:
To provide an inductor and a manufacturing method thereof in which an inductance value can be adjusted even after molding with a resin member.SOLUTION: An inductor 10 includes first cores 1a and 1b provided with a winding 4 and having a first coil portion La and a second coil portion Lb formed by the winding 4, and second cores 2a and 2b at least a part of which is inserted between the first cores 1a and 1b, and the first coil portion La and the second coil portion Lb are molded by resin members 5a and 5b. A manufacturing method of the inductor 10 adjusts the insertion lengths d1 and d2 of the second cores 2a and 2b such that the inductance value becomes a desired value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
