Abstract:
To provide an industrial machine capable of estimating dimensions of a workpiece, during processing of the workpiece, by eliminating an influence of grinding by a grindstone.SOLUTION: A measured value acquisition part 511 acquires measured values of dimensions of a workpiece using a gauge. A target cutting amount specification part 512 specifies a target cutting amount by a grindstone. An estimation model 518 is a model which outputs estimated values of dimensions of a workpiece by inputting the measured values of the dimensions and the target cutting amount, that are generated according to a relationship between the measured values using the gauge, the target cutting amount and noise. A dimension estimation part 519 obtains estimated values of the dimensions from which an influence of grinding by the grindstone has been eliminated, by inputting the measured values of the dimensions and the target cutting amount to the estimation model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
