A seat 3 in a driver's seat is settled on the tip of an oscillation arm 4 turning along a longitudinal direction at a fulcrum of the outer surface of a front side wall of a battery chamber. The seat 3 is placed to move freely from a using position settled on the upper surface of a hood 2 covering a battery chamber 1 to an unused position floating from the upper surface of the hood 2. A lever rod 5 arranged in the battery chamber 1 through a connecting rod 7 to position its longitudinal direction on the right and left to the car body, is linked to the oscillation arm 4. A tension spring 6 to energize the seat 3 at the floated unused position is attached on the lever rod 5 and a brake mechanism for parking is interlocked with the floating of the seat 3.
