Abstract:
PURPOSE:To totalize accurately service request information by adding the generating time point of said service request information to the service request information given from a customer and totalizing the service activities with division and for each type produced within a prescribed period of time. CONSTITUTION:When it is decided that a customer operated an order key 4a, this key operating time point is counted. Then the customer is urged to give his/her order via a display part 6. Thus the customer operates a desired menu key 5 to select dishes and these selecting time points are counted. Then the customer operates a confirmation key 4b after confirming that his/her requested menu is coincident with that displayed on the part 6. Thus the number of order dishes are totalized within a prescribed period and a key-operable state is set again. This secures the totalization of the most faithful service request information.
