A second message represented by a piece of related message information is identified; a piece of message information is referred to using the second message; a predetermined number of third messages and second messages which are associated with a reception date close to a reception date of the second message are obtained to generate plural groups; a third message is selected so that display order of the second message in the group is different in each group; a piece of confirmation is referred to the second message and the third message in each group; the number of unread second messages and third messages is obtained respectively to identify a group having the largest number; and a page number relevant to the message, the reception date, a piece of specific information and a piece of related message information included in the identified group are displayed on a screen.
