Abstract:
To facilitate selecting a responder suitable to a user of an interactive service.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a first acquisition part for acquiring attribute information of a responder who can provide an interactive service, a second acquisition part for acquiring attribute information of a first user using the interactive service with the responder, a third acquisition part for acquiring a performance evaluation value of the interactive service provided to the first user by the responder, a learning model generation part for generating a learning model having the performance evaluation value as an output variable with the attribute information of the first user and the attribute information of the responder as input variables, and a prediction evaluation value calculation part for calculating a prediction evaluation value about the interactive service between a second user and the responder by having attribute information of the second user planning to use the interactive service and the attribute information of the responder as input variables of the learning model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
