To provide information services rich in variety for a user.

In a system wherein the terminal device and a server are connected via the Internet, when the server is accessed from the terminal device, the server decides in a step S162 whether or not the terminal device is an access permitted member and when it is not the access permitted member, the access is refused in a step S163. When it is the access permitted member, it is decided in a step S164 whether the terminal device is a member A or a member B. When it is decided that the terminal device is the member A or the member B, transfer of a designated screen for the member A or for the member B is requested to the server in a step S165 or S166. In response to the request, the server transfers a designated screen (menu screen) for the member A to the member A and transfers a designated screen (menu) for the member B to the member B.
