Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a communication system capable of swiftly providing a piece of appropriate information to a vehicle travelling in a road segment.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a receiving section; a generation section; and a transmission section. The receiving section receives a piece of positional information which represents a position of the vehicle from a terminal which is mountable on the vehicle via an electric telecommunication line. The generation section generates a piece of providing information relevant to a road segment which includes the position represented by the positional information in plural road segments of roads, and road segments which are positioned in a progression direction of the vehicle. The transmission section transmits the generated provide information to the terminal via the electric telecommunication line.
