Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently provide service information such as product guidance to a customer and also effectively appeal the service information to the customer.
SOLUTION: While a customer performs an input operation of information for transactions on an automatic transaction machine, the automatic transaction machine communicates with another automatic transaction machine, acquires information about whether or not the other automatic transaction machine performs transactions with the customer, stores the information in a transaction state storage area 5, decides whether or not the customer performs transactions with the other automatic transaction machine according to the information stored in the area 5 after the customer inputs information, shows an image to the effect that processing is now performed on a displaying part longer than in a usual practice in a transactions execution processing mode when the other automatic transaction machine does not perform transactions with the customer and also shows information such as product guidance stored in a customer providing information storage area 6 in the image.
