Title:
INITIAL PHASE MATCHING METHOD OF MOTION MECHANISM OF LOOM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3693267
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the phase matching accuracy and automate a series of operations by carrying out the phase matching at a position to maximize the displacement of an opening frame relative to the rotation of a motor.
SOLUTION: When a switch 21 of an electronic opening device 1 of a loom is operated by an operator, an initial phase-matching command is transmitted to a CPU 9 to execute a program, rotate a motor 3 in normal direction at a low speed to move an opening frame 2 upward or downward and output a signal corresponding to the displacement by a position sensor 25 to a calculator 23. The calculator 23 calculates an output corresponding to a 1/2 point displacement which is the middle point of the maximum and the minimum points and outputs the result to a detector 24. When the displacement of the opening frame 2 determined by the output value and the position sensor 25 reaches 1/2 point, the detector 24 outputs the information to an interface 14. The interface 14 transmits a signal corresponding to the 1/2 point to the CPU 9, the rotational angle of the motor 3 is stored in a RAM 11 and the low-speed rotation of the motor 3 is stopped to complete the initial phase matching operation.
