PURPOSE: To prevent the dissipation of the cells of a resin foam layer of a lining material at the time of injection molding by applying a knit fabric of which the cell volume expressed by the equation of knit fabrics has a specific value as a barrier means for shutting of an injection molded material on the surface of the resin foam layer on the side facing the main body of shoes.

CONSTITUTION: The injection molded shoes are obtd. from the lining material composed of a sheet material including the resin foam layer to the outside surface shape of a last mold and the main body of the shoes joined integrally by injection molding on the outer peripheral surface of the lining material. The knit fabric of which the cell volume expressed by the equation of knit fabrics is 20 to 70% when the lining material formed by using the knit fabric as the barrier means is lasted on the last mold is applied as the barrier means for shutting off the injection molded material on the surface of the resin foam layer of the lining material facing the main body of the shoes. In the equation, W denotes the weight (g/m2) per 1m2 of the base fabric, T denotes the thickness (mm) of the base fabric and S denotes the true sp. gr. of the base fabric fibers.
