PURPOSE: To stabilize a driving operation with high precision, by a construction wherein a cam on the output shaft of a rotation transmitting device and the oscillating central shaft of a transfer roller supporting arm, and a lever on the output shaft and an ink fountain roller, are connected to each other, respectively, by a link, and further an ink vibrating rod on the output shaft and a vibrating lever are connected to each other.
CONSTITUTION: The rotation on the motor side is transmitted to a plate cylinder, a spur gear 55, a worm shaft 54, and a worm wheel shaft 62. With the rotation of a driving lever 69, a connecting rod 88 reciprocates to shake an oscillating lever 87 and a clutch oscillating lever 90, and thereby an ink fountain roller 75 is rotated intermittently. Meanwhile, with the rotation of a cam 65, a cam lever 100 and a shaking lever 99 are shaken, and thereby a transfer roller 97 is reciprocated between the ink fountain roller 75 and a vibrating roller 40. Moreover, with the rotation of a vibrating rod connecting member 72, a rod 73 is shaken to rotate a lever 141 in reciprocation, and thereby rollers 43 and 44 are reciprocated in the axial direction so as to roll ink on the peripheral surface. Furthermore, since 153 is oscillated, a cam follower 154 reciprocates vibrating roller 40 in the axial direction, and thereby ink supplied from a transfer roller 97 is rolled.
