Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material excellent in ink absorbency, ink coloring properties, cockling resistance and print-through resistance.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording material has an absorptive supporting body, and an undercoat layer and an overcoat layer on the absorptive supporting body. The undercoat layer contains a titanium oxide, boric acid or borate, and a binder. The binder is at least one selected from a styrene-butadiene-based copolymer resin, a (meth)acrylic acid polymer resin and a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer resin. Each of the contents of the titanium oxide and the binder in the undercoat layer is 12 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less and 20 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less, with respect to a dry solid content. The overcoat layer contains inorganic fine particles and polyvinyl alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
