Title:
INSECT REPELLENT SPRAYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07313037
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a sprayer capable of simply carrying out the insect repellent treatment without decomposing the insect repellent with a cement admixture by mixing the alkali-resistant insect repellent without deteriorating the hardenability of the cement admixture with a volatile liquid and filling the resultant mixture in a spray can.

CONSTITUTION: This insect repellent sprayer is obtained by mixing an alkali- resistant insect repellent (e.g. a pyrethroid-based insect repellent) without deteriorating the hardenability of a cement admixture with a volatile liquid such as dimethyl ether and filling the resultant mixture in a spray can 1. Thereby, the insect repellent treatment can readily be carried out even for a root part of a square bar 2 and insect repellent effects are sustained for a long period without decomposing the insect repellent with an alkaline component in cement. The mortar or tile finishing can well be maintained without deteriorating the hardenability of the cement admixture.
