Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticidal apparatus using blue light capable of killing emerging insects and effectively preventing them from generating, which is suitably used for controlling insect pests in places such as narrow places at the deep inner side of a mechanical driving part, a distribution panel, etc. in a beverage or food factory, a pharmaceutical factory or the like, in which fine particles, dust, etc. tend to accumulate and which is difficult to clean and then insect pests are likely to inhabit.SOLUTION: A plurality of blue LED units 1 in which a large number of LEDs 3 for blue irradiation for radiating blue light in a wavelength range of 400-500 nm are arranged in line in a long-sized housing 2 are connected in series through a cord 4 of a proper length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
