PURPOSE: To enable automation of an inserting work of precision parts by combination of displacement detectors, by a method wherein a plurality of springs are combined between a holding part of an inserting substance for assembling and its driving parts, both of which are connected by a flexible structure with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible structural part is provided between a holding part 2 of a substance and a driving part 1 for driving the said holding part 2, in an inserting device of a substance held by a holding device of the substance into an insertion hole. This structural part consists of a circular base part 3 of a flexible structure and a circular oscillating part 14 having a protruded part 18 in a facing direction to a shaft center, both of which are connected in a vertical direction by four springs 16 with each other and the fringe of the base part 3 and the inward protruded part 18 of the oscillation part 14 are connected similarly by four springs 17 with each other. Displacement of the oscillating part 14 is detected and an inserting work of a substance is controlled by a displacement detecting sensor 13.
