In this structure, a bump surface 31 facing to an axial direction is provided in an intermediate part and also a ball joint inserted the ball part 15 of a ball stud 13 is provided on the socket part 29 having an insertion part 35 adjoined to a more tip side than the bump surface 31 and the insertion part 35 is pressed in the installation hole 9a of a suspension link 9 and also the bump surface 31 is contacted to one surface 9b side of the suspension link 9 and a come out stop means engaged with the other surface 9c of the suspension link 9 is provided. The come out stop means is composed of a screw part 39 provided to the tip side of a socket part 29 and a position for holding the insertion part 35 for the bump surface 31 and a nut part 37 screwed to the screw part 39 and engaged with the other surface 9c side of the suspension link 9.
