Abstract:

To provide an instrument panel for an automobile capable of preventing a crack from being continuous even if the crack occurs in a vibration welding part once.

This instrument panel 1 for the automobile supported by a panel main body 42 provided with a door scheduled part 3 being opened by pressure at inflation and deployment time of an air bag and made of synthetic resin and a backing member 4 having vibration welding parts 22, 21 welded on a rear surface 42a side of the panel main body 42 by vibration and made of synthetic resin like layers, the vibration welding parts 22, 21 have a non-welded part 11 welded not on the rear surface 42a side of the panel main body 42 in an intermediate part.
