Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the whole apparatus by allowing the inlet-side operation chamber of a large cylinder and the outlet-side operation chamber of a small cylinder to communicate through a communication passage into which a check valve is installed. CONSTITUTION:The inlet-side operation chamber A of a large cylinder 1 and the outlet-side operation chamber B of a small cylinder 3 are allowed to communicate through a communication passage 17. A check valve 16 which permits only the flowing from the inlet-side operation chamber A to the outlet-side operation chamber B is installed into the communication passage 17. A large piston 6 is pushed by introducing oil into the large cylinder 1, and after the liquid in the small cylinder 3 is discharged, the oil which flows into the inlet side is transferred into the outlet side of the small cylinder 3, and the transferred liquid can be discharged under high pressure, and the hydraulic systems for the large and small cylinders 1 and 3 can be used in common. Therefore, the whole apparatus can be made simple, though it is the apparatus for supplying high pressure oil.
