Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation quantity and speedily calculate an interaction by sorting given molecules and walls according to information on the molecules, walls, and their arrangement, and performing a calculation.
SOLUTION: A computer 1 is composed of a sorting means 2, a calculating means 3, etc. Information regarding the molecules, e.g. information on, for example, the structure, quantity, etc., of the molecules is inputted. The arrangement of the wall and molecules is determined and coordinate data on the walls and molecules are generated. The sorting means 2 sorts the molecules to the head and the walls to the tail. The calculating means 3 finds interaction between a molecule (i) and a molecule (j) as to the molecules in the former half. Then the means finds the interaction of a wall (j) with the molecule (i) as to the walls in the latter half. Then the force operating on the molecules is found from the sum of the both.
