To provide interleaving paper having a good workability in a state superposed on plate glass, and also suitable in conveying it by utilizing the suck of the plate glass, and a method for producing the same.
This interleaving paper 11 is constituted by installing a slide-suppressing layer 13 on the one side surface of a substrate sheet 12 constituted by containing a cellulose-based fiber, for suppressing the slide characteristics of the one side surface. By installing the slide-suppressing layer 13, the static frictional coefficient of a surface formed of the slide-suppressing surface is constituted so as to be 0.5 in measurement by using the plate glass 21 as a test piece. Further the air resistance (Gurley) of the interleaving paper 11 is constituted so as to be 100 sec/100 cc. The interleaving paper 11 is used by superposing the plate glass 21 on the slide-suppressing layer 13.
