Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of the DC link voltage and total amount of reflux current of an inverter, when a contactor connecting the inverter and a DC power supply is brought into an open state.SOLUTION: An inverter controller executes pre-shutdown control for bringing all switching elements 3 into an off state, and when the current Iu of an object arm, i.e., an arm of any one phase, goes zero after pre-shutdown control is started, executes partial active short control for bringing the upper stage side switching element 3 or a lower stage side switching element 3, in the arm of at least one phase out of the arms different from the objective arm, into an on state. Thereafter, the inverter controller executes full-shutdown control for bringing the switching elements 3, that have been controlled to the on state in all remaining arms, into the on state, when both currents Iv, Iw of arms of two phases different from the object arm go zero.
