Title:
INVERTER DRIVEN DECELERATION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3769898
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector control inverter driven deceleration motor requiring no setting of circuit constant at the installation site, or an inverter driven deceleration motor with brake which can be wired easily at the installation site.
SOLUTION: A deceleration motor 9 comprising a fully sealed motor 1, a reduction gear 2 and a brake 6 is fixed integrally with a fully sealed case 3 encasing a flux vector control inverter 5 and a brake drive circuit 7 through a shielding seat 4 (thermal insulating material). Since motor circuit constants can be preset, setting thereof at installation site is not required and since the feeder line for inverter also serves as that for driving brake, installation/wiring work is facilitated while reducing the facility cost.
