PURPOSE: To perform positioning of a mold carrier to an inventing position and transfer of the mold carrier respectively with low accuracy and smooth, by a method wherein the title device is provided with an inverting guide rail devide and carrier transfer device.
CONSTITUTION: A mold carrier 1 is transferred by fitting a top 71 side of a framework body 5 with a mold and a pair of rollers 11, 12 fitted with a bracket 10 is positioned in a horizontal direction. A bottom 72 side of the framework body 5 is fitted with a powder box in which thermoplastic synthetic resin is held. An inverting guide rail device 70 is driven, the mold carrier 1 is inverted and thermoplastic synthetic resin powder is filled into the mold through the powder box. After molding, the mold carrier 1 is inverted and the powder box is separated from the mold carrier 1. Since the mold carrier 1 is supported with guide rails 3, 4 and the title inverting device is fitted in the mold carrier 1 through inverting guide rails 73, 74, positioning of the mold carrier 1 to an inverting position can be performed with low accuracy and transfer of the mold carrier 1 is performed smooth.
