Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject integrally molded product useful in the electric and electronic fields, further in the fields of motor vehicle and precision instrument by firmly adhering a thermoplastic resin to an oil-bleeding silicon rubber while the rubber itself can practically be released from a mold.
SOLUTION: (A) A thermoplastic resin (for example, a thermoplastic oligomer containing aliphatic unsaturated groups is formulated to a thermoplastic resin in an amount of 0.1-15 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin) and (B) an oil-bleeding silicone rubber (for example, a cured product of a composition comprising (B1) 100 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane bearing an alkenyl group, (B2) a hydrogen polysiloxane bearing 2 or more Si-H bonds in its molecule in an amount of 0.4-5 equivalent moles of the Si-H originating from B2 and the following B3 per mole of the alkenyl group originating from B1, a catalyst amount of platinum or a platinum compound, (B3) 0.1-50 pts.wt. of a tackifier, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a non-functional silicone oil and 0-50 pts.wt. of a fine powder of silica with a specific surface area of ≥50m2/g are integrated.
