PURPOSE: To perform delicate and optimum suction by providing a control means controlling the suction force of a fan motor sucking from an ironing board and a determining means determining the control quantity of the control means.
CONSTITUTION: The first fuzzy inference unit 1 constitutes a determining means determining the control quantity, and a control means 2 controlling the suction force of a fan motor 3 drives the fan motor 3 with the preset phase control quantity. A load measuring means 4 measures the load via the current measurement of the fan motor 3, and the first fuzzy inference unit 1 determines the suction power of the fan motor 3 from the load quantity. The control means 2 calculates the phase control quantity from the determined suction power and drives the fan motor 3. The first fuzzy inferring unit 1 and the control means 2 can be easily realized by microcomputers. The air flow by suction in an ironing board 5 is shown by arrows.
