To stop the supply of power to a receptacle when the angle of the inclination of an ironing board, used in a general family, is large, and allow ironing when the ironing board is set almost horizontally.
An output control part 35 for controlling the supply of power to a receptacle 32 is connected to a part between the receptacle 32 attached to an ironing board and a power source code to one end of which a power source plug is connected. The output of an inclination-detecting part 13 which detects the inclination of the ironing board is input to a control part 37. The control part 37 controls the output control part 35 so that when the angle of the inclination of the ironing board is larger than a specific angle, it does not supply the power to the receptacle 32.
