Abstract:
PURPOSE: To appropriately adjust the pressure of an article and to excellently iron it by adopting a means for drive-controlling a shaping member based on the gravity of the shaping member and the load of an accessory in a device for pressurizing and ironing the article by both upper and lower shaping members facing each other.
CONSTITUTION: The upper shaping member 10 facing the lower shaping member 16 is connected through a piston rod 7 to the piston 9 of a cylinder 8. Then, the elevating/ lowering position of the piston 9 is adjusted by the differential pressure of both upper and lower pressure chambers 12 and 13. At this time, based on the detection signals of both upper and lower pressure sensors 5 and 6, the respective pressure values of both upper and lower pressure chambers 12 and 13 are decided by a computer 11. Also, in order to set the respective pressure values, both the upper and lower pressure chambers 12 and 13 are respectively connected to a pair of respective air supply/ discharge valves 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and the respective air supply/discharge valves 1 and 4 are connected to a water pressure source 15. Further, to the computer 11, a resistance pressure value required for compensating the weight of the upper shaping member 10 relating to the surface of the piston 9 is inputted from a setting unit 17.
