Title:
IRONING TABLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02241500
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide enough steam discharge performance and to facilitate an ironing work by providing a plate made of resin having a number of holes and a felt situated on the upper surface of the plate.

CONSTITUTION: When ironing is effected by using steam, steam generated from an iron body 21 passes a felt 27. The steam is sucked in a steam discharge fan motor 29 through a discharge duct 30 by means of a number of holes formed in a plate 26 made of resin, and is discharged to the outside of a device. In an ironing table, since the plate 26 is made of resin, induction heating is not effected by a heating coil 23, and thereby a user is prevented from being burnt by an ironing work. Since the felt 27 is supported at the upper part of the heating coil 23 and other part to the plate 26 made of resin, a staged part is prevented from being produced under weight of the iron body 21 and by means of a press force during operation.
