To join a concrete block body with a high working efficiency by a simple handling operation and easily fit a seal material into a seal material fitting groove and securely develop sealing performance in a joining method for the concrete block body, a pulling operation tool, and the seal material.
A first locking lever 2 detachably fixed to one concrete block body 1 to be joined and a second locking lever 3 detachably fixed to the other block body 1 are fitted to the lower surface of a base plate part 4. A pulling cable-like material 7 is tensely installed between the pulling operation tool 6 in which an operation lever 5 is rotatably installed and the operation lever, the block bodies are moved close to each other by rotatingly operating the operation lever, and the block bodies 1, 1, 1, ... are joined to each other through the seal material 9 formed of an elastic material which is fitted into seal material mounting grooves 8, 8 formed in the joining end faces of the block bodies facing each other. Furthermore, this invention includes the seal material and the pulling operation tool.
