To provide a joint connector capable of suppressing a manufacturing cost at a low level, and improving workability; and a wire harness including the joint connector.
An earth joint connector 1 includes: a plurality of electric wire terminals 20; an earth conductor 30 having an electric wire side terminal portion 32, an earth side terminal portion 34, and a stepped portion 36 for coupling those; a connector housing 40 having an earth conductor insertion port 40a and an electric wire terminal insertion port 40b; and a water cut-off tape 60. The water cut-off tape 60 is pasted to the earth conductor insertion port 40a and the electric wire terminal insertion port 40b from the outside, while the electric wire side terminal portion 32 is inserted in the earth conductor insertion port 40a and the electric wire terminal 20 is stored in a terminal storage chamber 44, thereby liquid-tightly sealing the earth conductor insertion port 40a and the electric wire terminal insertion port 40b. A first bending portion 36a of the stepped portion 36 is covered by the water cut-off tape 60.
