The jumping board 1 comprises a flat top board 2, elastic reinforcing materials 3 and 4 which are stuck on the surface and rear of the top board and have both end rims thereof fixed with the top board by means of a locking device 7, a one-layer or multilayer elastic reinforcing material 4a stuck on the rear elastic reinforcing material 4, a buffer support leg 5 for supporting those mentioned above on a floor 6 and the like. The user 7 performs jumping actions such as rope jumping on the surface elastic reinforcing material 3. The top board 2 is made up of a venire plate and the elastic reinforcing materials 3, 4 and 4a comprise an FRP resin containing pigments, eliminating slippage while being made durable.
