PURPOSE: To provide the kitchen equipment which is compact, and also, whose workability is satisfactory.

CONSTITUTION: A drawing-out rack 7 provided in a box of a cabinet 6 is guided by a rail 8 and drawn out freely to the front of a work top 1, and one side in front of the drawing-out rack 7 is supported pivotally by a pivotally supporting member 9 so that it can be turned to the front side of the cabinet 6. In the drawing-out rack, one side in front of the rack 7 is supported pivotally and provided so as to become freely rotatable, therefore, when a worker moves to a work in front of a portable cooking stove 5 from the front of a water tank 4, the rack 7 is provided in a deviated position from on a work moving line by turning the rack, therefore, the moving line becomes of a straight line, and workability is improved. Also, since the work can be executed in a state that the rack is always drawn out, a series of cooking works can be executed by an operation being free from waste, and also, the equipment is compact and can be installed in a narrow place.
