To provide a garbage disposer for preventing temperature rise of a garbage disposer body and simultaneously preventing generation of undried garbage and carbonization and firing of the garbage caused by local heating.
When an internal temperature detection means detects a first predetermined temperature or an exhaust gas temperature detection means detects a second predetermined temperature, a stirring means is continuously operated or a stirring interruption time is shortened. Further, when the internal temperature detection means detects a temperature lower than a third predetermined temperature lower than the first predetermined temperature or the exhaust gas temperature detection means detects a temperature lower than a fourth predetermined temperature lower than the second predetermined temperature, the stirring means is re-stirred at normal/reverse rotation while putting a specified stirring interruption time. Accordingly, since temperature rise of the garbage disposer body is prevented and the garbage is not locally heated during the stirring interruption time, generation of the undried garbage and carbonization and firing of the garbage caused by local heating can be prevented.
