Abstract:
To provide a compound being excellent in specific accumulation property into a low-oxygen region and allowing efficient detection of a low-oxygen region in vivo and the like, and eventually efficient detection of a solid tumor.
A labeled compound labeled with radioactive iodine comprises a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence at positions 556-574 of HIF-1α, where polylysine is bound at a N-terminal of the polypeptide, and N-(m-iodophenyl)maleimide labeled with radioactive iodine is bound to a C-terminal of the polypeptide.
