PURPOSE: To achieve preservation of the environment by easily separating and recovering a used laminate at the time of disposal by adding a foamable substance to the adhesive layer of a laminate consisting of paper, a synthetic resin or the like.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer 3 containing a foamable substance is provided on a laminating element 1 such as paper, a metal foil or a synthetic resin film to laminate the laminating element 1 to other laminating element 2 to form a laminate. This laminate is heated corresponding to the foaming temp. of the adhesive layer 3 after use by a hot roller or an oven to foam the foamable substance 3. The bonding strength of the laminating elements 1, 2 is lowered to easily release the laminating elements 1, 2. As a result, the laminating elements can be easily separated and recovered.
