Abstract:
To improve production efficiency and eliminate waste of an adhesive thereby reducing cost of manufacture when manufacturing a laminated plate such as a soundproof floor material.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has: a process (b) in which recesses 6a, 6b having rectangular cross section are formed at both end parts of one face 1a (a back face in a productized state as a soundproof floor material) of a woody base material 1(a); a process (c) in which an adhesive 2 is applied onto the woody base material face 1a excluding the recesses 6a, 6b; a process (d) in which a cushioning material 3 is laminated on the adhesive applied face of the woody base material 1; and a process (e) in which both end parts of the woody base material 1 and the cushioning material 3 are ablated by cut surfaces X, Y along inside surfaces 6c, 6d of the recesses 6a, 6b having rectangular cross section which are formed at both end parts of the woody base material 1. Since the adhesive applied portion is not cut, efficient manufacture can be performed on a continuous manufacturing line without waiting for perfect curing of the adhesive. The recess may be so formed as to have a cross section of a reversed trapezoidal shape or a right triangle shape which has an inner side inclination face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
