Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing laminated nonwoven fabric sheet that is excellent in tear strength and uniformity of thickness and can be effectively manufactured.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a laminated nonwoven fabric sheet in which a dry-process nonwoven fabric and a wet-process nonwoven fabric are laminated by heat fusion. The wet-process nonwoven fabric comprises one or more kinds of fibers among a polyester-based undrawn fiber, a polyester-based core sheath type conjugate fiber and a polypropylene-based core sheath type conjugate fiber. The laminated nonwoven fabric sheet has a basis weight of 20.0 to 120.0 g/m. The dry-process nonwoven fabric and the wet-process nonwoven fabric are laminated in a calendering process using a combination of one or more sets of metal rolls and elastic rolls, and a temperature of a metal roll in the calendering process is 120 to 250°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
