Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated nonwoven fabric network structure, excellent in heat resistance, durability, shape retaining and cushioning properties, hardly becoming musty and comprising a network material composed of staple fiber hard raw stock comprising a thermoplastic and elastic resin, laminated and joined with heat bonding fibers and optimal for cushioning materials.
CONSTITUTION: This laminated nonwoven fabric network structure is obtained by forming a three-dimensional steric structure in which continuous filaments, having 10-10000 denier size and comprising a thermoplastic elastic resin are mostly fused, joining and integrating one surface of the resultant network material having both substantially flattened surfaces to nonwoven fabric in which heat bonding fibers comprising a thermoplastic elastic resin and a thermoplastic nonelastic resin and staple fibers comprising the thermoplastic nonelastic resin are mixed and opened to form a three-dimensional structure; contact parts are mostly fused and integrated by a heat bonding component and surface are substantially flattened. This product uses the laminated nonwoven fabric network structure. Furthermore, this method for producing the laminated nonwoven fabric network structure is provided.
